By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these terms.
Atlas is a workout-tracking app: logging exercises, tracking progress, and (optionally) comparing streaks and lifts with friends you connect with.
Atlas is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an existing condition or injury. You use Atlas, and act on anything in it, at your own risk. Atlas and its operator are not liable for any injury or harm arising from your training.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the info you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.
You own the workout data, notes, and photos you add to Atlas. By adding them, you grant us the license needed to store and display that content back to you (and, for anything you share via friends/squads, to the people you've connected with) in order to run the app.
Don't impersonate anyone, abuse other users, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Atlas is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you're charged, payments will be processed by Stripe, and you'll be able to manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Atlas is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — though we take reasonable care to prevent that.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
